In this month's Large Professor, I've decided to point an accusational
finger out toward our readers and challenge them to consider the assumptions
they're making with respect to their healthy lifestyles. While, in my
opinion, physical improvement is something that everyone should aspire
to, don't fall into the trap of becoming a weightlifting snob. It only
makes you, and by extension, us, look bad.
