What is "G-Flux"?

G-Flux, otherwise known as energy flux, is the complex and interdependent relationship between the energy that flows into and the energy that flows out of a physiological system. By increasing G-Flux through the use of training, nutrition, and supplementation, the following are possible: simultaneous increases in lean mass and losses in fat mass, increases in metabolic rate, more rapid adaptations to training stress, better recovery, and improvements in health outcomes.

This is an advanced seminar for those interested in the most effective ways to dramatically change body composition, gain muscle and lose fat simultaneously, increase sport performance. The seminar covers the key strategies for body transformation (i.e., what the general population is after) and for elite athletic performance (i.e., Olympians, professionals, etc), including the differences and similarities between the two camps and how each can learn from the other. Dr. John Berardi will cover the nutrition portion of the seminar, while renowned strength coach Charles Poliquin will cover the training portion.
