How it works:

1. Read this page and the terms of agreement completely.
2. Click on the link at the bottom of the page.
3. Fill out all the information, and you're set.
4. Place the encoded links to our products and services on your site, and let people know about them.
5. Each time someone comes to our site through one of your links and purchases Precision Nutrition or Gourmet Nutrition, you'll earn a commission.
6. On the first of each month, Science Link will calculate how much you have earned in commissions for the preceding month. If that figure is more than $50.00 USD, we'll PayPal you the amount. If that figure is less than $50.00 USD, we'll carry the amount over to subsequent months until you've earned $50.00 or more, at which point we'll pay you that amount and start anew.
7. Also, at the end of the year, affiliates who market our Amazon.com listings (such as Scrawny to Brawny and Metabolism Advantage) and demonstrate top performances will recieve a special bonus.

Things that will result in termination of the agreement:

Science Link and www.johnberardi.com reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time, without notice. By becoming an affiliate and promoting our products, you are acting on our behalf. Therefore, to continue a relationship with us, we require that your promotional efforts respect the following rules (violation of which will result in immediate termination of the agreement).

1. Do not launch your own pay-per-action (Google Ad Words and the like) campaigns for our products. We're looking for equal strength partners with their own independent lists of readers, customers, and clients. We're not looking for advertising competitors.
2. Do not promote our products or services via spam or purchased mailing lists. Purchased lists are a legal gray area, and everyone hates spam. Simply put, advertise to your opt-in lists only.
3. Do not make exaggerated claims about the potential benefits of the products and services. When in doubt, contact us and we'll help you come up with a message for your readers.
4. Do not misrepresent us in any way. When in doubt, contact us.
