Ryan Foster
BSc

Education Background

Ryan Foster is a graduate of the kinesiology program at University of Western Ontario and also holds a diploma in sporting goods business from Sir Sandford Fleming College.

Throughout the nineties Ryan dedicated most of his time out of school to hockey, including working summers at the hockey camp of Hall of Fame coach Roger Neilson. Through his goal of getting in the best shape possible for hockey he also started to become educated about resistance training and overall conditioning for sport. In the last ten years he dedicated a large portion of his life to researching exercise and has now delved into it full time.

Professional Background

Ryan has worked and consulted with all sorts of people including pro hockey players, track & field athletes, and those who wish to better their health through exercise. His expertise is in training for sport (hockey, tennis, etc), performance enhancement, and improvement in overall health and aesthetics.

Athletic Background

Most recently Ryan returned from playing professional ice hockey in the German Reganaliga. This was the culmination of twenty-four years of playing the game from minor hockey through to junior A and college in Peterborough, Ontario.
