Nutrition and Training Questions:

While we try to read and respond to as many nutrition and exercise questions as we can, we get so many that at this time we can't respond to them all. Keep in mind that the answers to many of the questions we're commonly asked can already be found by searching our online nutrition and exercise forum at www.precisionnutrition.com.

If you'd like to go one step further and speak to Dr. Berardi directly about a training or nutrition problem, consider purchasing a one-hour phone consultation.

Products ordered from this site are shipped from our warehouse in Toledo, Ohio, in the United States.

Our sales and customer service departments are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM E.S.T., Monday to Friday.

Shipping Information

Science Link currently ships via FedEx, UPS and the US Postal Service. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Toledo, Ohio, in the United States.

Any order received by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will ship that day. Exception: any "UPS Air" order (Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day, or WorldWide Express) received by 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will ship that day. Orders received after those times, or on weekends or holidays, will ship on the next business day.

All customers who order deliverable products (i.e., products that must be shipped) will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order is shipped. This email will contain a tracking number for your shipment, and a link to track its progress.

Keep in mind that services and electronic products (e.g., our Gourmet Nutrition e-book) are delivered electronically, and thus no shipping confirmation will be sent for those orders.

Order Tracking

Customers who choose to ship via UPS and FedEx will be sent a shipping confirmation number via email, along with a link to track the progress of the shipment.

Shipments sent via US Postal Service are currently not trackable.

If you have lost, deleted or not received your shipping confirmation email, please contact info@johnberardi.com with your order information, and we will be happy to assist you.

45-Day Money Back Guarantee

Science Link and johnberardi.com offer a 45-day money back guarantee. If our products do not meet your expectation, contact us within 45 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price, less any shipping charges.

To return a product, first contact info@johnberardi.com for a return authorization. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted, and the purchase will not be refunded. Returns must be sent using a trackable method (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL). Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse.

45-Day Price Adjustment Policy

Science Link and johnberardi.com reserve the right to change the price of any product or service we sell at any time without notice.

If the regular list price of an item is reduced within 45 days of your purchase of said item, you may request a price adjustment. The difference between the price paid and the new list price will be refunded to you. This does not apply to special offers, promotions or bundles.
