Today I want to tell you something that makes a lot of people uncomfortable in the fitness world. And that something is this.
Despite the fact that fitness clubs across the globe are making billions per year selling exercise as a body transforming activity, exercise just isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.
Now, don’t get me wrong. I’ve been working with clients for over 15 years now. Helping them design effective and enjoyable exercise programs. And effective nutrition plans.

However, two recent studies have shown that exercise alone, isn’t all that effective for helping people lose fat, gain lean, and improve their body composition.
